Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to the stated deposits of each treatment and payable at the time of confirming your appointment.

Card details will be retained via the Square online payments system and will be subject to the below cancellation policy.

All bookings are held within "your account" on the website, should you prefer to reschedule your booking, this can be completed free of charge online 48 hrs prior to your booking by clicking on the "Reschedule" link within your booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations 2 days prior to your booking - Loss of deposit.

Cancellations 1 day prior your booking - 50% of total treatment/treatments cost.

Cancellations on the same day of booking - Full cost of treatment/treatments.

We hold the right to charge your card up to 14 days after a cancellation to the values above. i.e treatment cost £45.00, deposit paid £10.00 cancelled on the day, balance to be taken £35.00

Cancellations are also subject to managerial discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances.
